Privacy policy

This policy explains how REGEN Threads, a sole proprietorship of Mamta Agarwal, Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, collects and uses your personal data when you visit or buy from regenthreads.com. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and anything you send us in messages or reviews.
  • Order details: what you bought, order value and order history.
  • Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or UPI details.
  • Account details: your login, preferences and settings if you create an account.
  • Browsing data: device, browser, IP address and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and track your orders, and handle returns and refunds.
  • To reply to your questions and complaints.
  • To send you emails or WhatsApp messages about new drops and offers, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
  • To improve our store and measure how our ads perform.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share only what's needed with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store.
  • Razorpay, which processes payments.
  • Shiprocket and courier partners, which deliver and collect parcels.
  • Interakt, for WhatsApp messages.
  • Judge.me, for product reviews.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, for advertising and analytics. We use the Meta pixel and Conversions API, which share data such as pages viewed, items added to cart and purchases with Meta so we can measure and show relevant ads.
  • Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these partners store data outside India, including in the United States.

Shopify's role

Our store is hosted by Shopify. To help protect and improve our business, we use Shopify features that combine data from your interactions with our store, other Shopify merchants and Shopify itself. For these purposes, Shopify is responsible for processing your data and for handling requests about it. You can learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and manage your rights through the Shopify Privacy Portal at https://privacy.shopify.com/en.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, currently up to 8 years. Other data is deleted when it's no longer needed.

Security

We use trusted, secure platforms, but no system is perfectly secure and we can't guarantee complete security. If you have an account, please keep your login details private.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent to marketing. Email assist@regenthreads.com and we'll respond within one month. We may need to verify your identity first.

If you unsubscribe from marketing, we will still send you messages about your orders and account.

Children

Our store is not meant for anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian's consent.
