Terms of service
These terms apply to every purchase from regenthreads.com, operated by REGEN Threads, a sole proprietorship of Mamta Agarwal, 1841, Nehru Lane, Railway Road, Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, India. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Products and pricing
- All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
- We try to show colours and prints accurately, but screens vary and small differences are possible.
- We may correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch and offer a full refund.
Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email.
- We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store your card details.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are made or dispatched after the pre-order window closes. The expected dispatch date is shown before you pay. If we can't meet it, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Returns
Returns and refunds follow our Return and refund policy.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos and content on this site belong to REGEN Threads. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without written permission.
Reviews
By posting a review, you allow us to display it, including any photos, on our website and social media. Reviews must be honest and must not contain offensive content.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
