Shipping policy

We ship across India only, and shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days. Remote areas can take longer.

Couriers and tracking

We ship through trusted courier partners. When your order is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking link.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. Our courier partners usually make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the parcel still can't be delivered, for example because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, it comes back to us and we will contact you.

• First reshipment: free. Mistakes happen. We will send your order out again at no cost to you. Reshipping does cost us, but we cover it.
• Second reshipment: ₹100. If the parcel comes back to us a second time, we will need to charge a small reshipping fee of ₹100 before we send it out again.

You will never be charged anything extra for normal delivery. This fee only applies if a parcel has been returned to us twice. If you'd rather not pay for a second reshipment, we'll cancel the order and refund the amount you paid, minus ₹200 to cover the shipping costs of both failed deliveries.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 working days, email assist@regenthreads.com and we will chase the courier for you.
